Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone or by email and will require a deposit to secure the dates you would like (see below).
When you make the booking please let us know what dates you require, how many people will be staying and if there are any special requirements.

Tariffs
JUNE AND SEPTEMBER 2,750€ per week
JULY AND AUGUST, EASTER AND CHRISTMAS - 2,950€ per week
OCTOBER - MAY - 1,950 € per week
Cooking and Cleaning services are available on request.

You will be greeted upon your arrival by a housekeeper, who can be contacted by telephone, throughout your stay to assist with any queries or problems that may occur during your visit.
A welcome pack will be provided for your arrival and will include red and white local wines
Linen service is free and includes towels (but not beach towels)
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Conditions
Once a booking has been accepted, we will send you details of the terms and conditions which, provided that it is acceptable to you, you will be required to sign and date and to return to us, together with 25% of the rent plus the Booking and Security Deposit.
The remaining balance of your rent will be payable 6 weeks before the start of your tenancy.We will not change the confirmed price of your holiday due to
fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
A security deposit of 1000 euros is required when you make your booking.
Maison de la Botte is a family home and is furnished as such with original paintings and quality furniture.
This security deposit is, of course, refundable at the end of your visit.
There are additional costs for heating, both the house and/or indoor pool - 300- 400 euros per week.
Sorry, but no smoking inside the house. Ashtrays will be provided for use in the garden only

N.B. During your stay the housekeeper will visit daily for vital watering of the garden and flowers. If you have a preference to am or pm please let us know at the time of booking.
