Booking conditions    Once a booking has been accepted, we will send you details of the terms and conditions which, provided that it is acceptable to you, you will be required to sign and date and to return to us, together with 25% of the rent plus the Booking and Security Deposit.

The remaining balance of your rent will be payable 6 weeks before the start of your tenancy.We will not change the confirmed price of your holiday due to
fluctuations in currency exchange rates

A security deposit of 1000 euros is required when you make your booking.
Maison de la Botte is a family home and is furnished as such with
original paintings and quality furniture.
This security deposit is, of course, refundable at the end of your visit.

There are additional costs for heating,
both the house and/or indoor pool - 300- 400 euros per week.

Sorry, but no smoking inside the house.
Ashtrays will be provided for use in the garden only
